A farm is a placebefore it is a plan.

Keragita works across two sites in Magarini, Kilifi County: fifteen acres of coastal land where goats, feed, infrastructure and routines are still taking shape.

The headquarters holds the goat house and much of the daily livestock work. The extension adds land for grazing and production. Distance makes good communication—and useful records—more important.

Animal identity

Numbered tags distinguish one animal from another. The number matters when records consistently return to it.

Health and life events

Births, checks, observations and treatments accumulate in each animal’s history and remain available for later decisions.

Honest gaps

Not every past event is complete. Missing or uncertain information should remain visible until it can be corrected.

The Journal keeps the farm in time.

Fencing, births, feed work and veterinary visits become part of a public operating memory.
